Fully furnished, it is currently being used as a workout room. Close to all amenities, train station, Dorval Circle, and bus just outside to Angrignon Metro. Looking for quiet roommate to split costs of the unit. It is a 4 1/2 - all other amenities in flat shared. One important detail is that I have a cocker spaniel puppy - she is very friendly, hypoallergenic and part of the package in that she lives here too. Waterfront is just outside across the street. The room will be setup for you on arrival.

Im a quiet 52-yr old guy who works in IT - I enjoy cooking or reading, watching videos etc but on weekends am often out and about - winters skiing, summers hiking.
