Must be clean and tidy and a cat and dog lover. I have 3 easygoing boy cats and a senior little dog.

5 min walk to Sirocco Station (ignore Google Maps directions - the community has a private path). 7-8 min walk to Sunterra West, Starbucks, pharmacy, and all the other shops and restaurants around it.

I am the owner. I love my quiet morning routines and am an early riser and like quiet by 11pm. I work most evenings and weekends out of the house. I am a musician, but generally practice during the day, when most people are working. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and in my reading room. I am pretty quiet, but like listening to the news and podcasts regularly.

I am looking for a very good fit and am willing to invest time and effort until the right fit comes along.
