4 bed (2 upstairs 2 downstairs), two bath (1 upstairs 1 downstairs) duplex with fenced backyard. The lower level includes a living room, laundry room, bathroom and two bedrooms (one room is furnished, the other is not, take your pick!). The whole house is a shared space but the basement would rarely used by me except for laundry room. The kitchen is the only utility that is upstairs that you wouldn’t have access to from basement suite. 45 mins from U of M and less than 10 minutes from Steinbach.

I live with my well behaved 6 yr old golden retriever, Lou (unfortunately max pet limit). I am a Christian and do volunteering at church a couple times a month, work weekdays 8-5, and usually work some extra side jobs on evenings and weekends doing cleaning. My dog comes everywhere with me except to my 8-5 job. No partying, drugs, or drinking. I am clean, organized, and quiet, rarely have people over, and looking for someone who also wants to share a peaceful and clean home.
