This is a clean, quiet home shared with just one person — me. I’m a working professional and part-time student, looking for someone mature, responsible, and considerate who knows how to live respectfully with another adult.

That means keeping shared spaces clean, being mindful of noise, giving notice before inviting guests, paying rent and bills on time, and communicating clearly if issues come up (passive-aggressive behavior won’t fly).

If you’re tidy, calm, and want a chill, peaceful place to live, you’ll fit right in. If you’re messy, noisy, or avoid communication, this won’t be a good match. Looking for someone to move into the other bedroom in this two-bedroom, by early or mid December.
