Private washroom with toilet and sink . Shared kitchen, laundry and shower . Kitchen has some pots , pans , plates and cutlery . Damage deposit is one months rent, 4 months lease . Smoking , drugs , weed etc not allowed . Pets are not allowed. If the Ad is up the rooms are still available.

Other tenants are male students going to NAIT . They are from different ethnic background . China , Vietnam , India etc.
