Available now!! Room for rent in a very modern clean quiet and relaxed environment. Two responsible full time working persons who are respectful of each other and your space will be your roommates. Only 2 ppl living in the home you would be number 3. Bathroom is shared with 1 clean person. Lovely home modern kitchen and newly upgraded appliances and gadgetry. Your very own full size refrigerator no sharing fridge!
Serious persons can request additional pics. Rooms is currently unfurnished if you have your own stuff; however can be furnished with necessaries.
Flexible living arrangements; details can be negotiated on a needs basis. Students and mature persons welcome.
Choice of 6 month lease or 12 month lease, or month to month. Monthly rent is $850 + $50 utilities .
