Hey there! We have a large unfurnished room available in our cozy duplex in Crescentwood.

• Walking distance to Tim Horton’s, pharmacy, grocery store, Starbucks, and Corydon restaurants
• We’re a chill group of folks in our 30s/late 20s (1 woman, 2 guys) and we’re looking for a roommate who’s clean and tidies up after themselves

• No pets allowed
• No couples
• 6-month agreement minimum with landlord approval form
