About the room

1 bedroom with queen bed and private bath to share in fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse on Sproat Lake. Full access to the dock and beach as well. Boat slip available and included if necessary. Includes parking and all utilities. 15 minutes to Port Alberni. Open to long term or short term rental. Also there is a master bedroom ensuite with its own private balcony and bathroom shower asking $1,500 a month for the master suite.

Single women lives alone with small dog. Absolutely no vaping or smoking or excessive drinking. I am a fairly quiet person and looking for a roommate who would like the opportunity to live at the lake, someone who works full time and is respectful… Available November 1st 2026
