Two bedroom, two bath condo within walking distance to UFV, perfect for enrolled students! Large bedroom with private ensuite bathroom. Fully furnished living room and stocked kitchen, shared with quiet, respectful mature male roomie. Minimum 3 month stay/maximum stay is negotiable as well as start date.

You’ll be staying in my room with a good sized closet and full ensuite bathroom. In addition, there is a smart tv (an older model) with Telus Optik and wifi included.

You will share the kitchen with one other roomie. He keeps it clean and tidy and expects the same. There’s a dishwasher. All cookware and utensils are shared. There’s also an in-suite washer and dryer. 2 loads/week. You can use the living room and balcony. On site parking might become available. Alternatively, a short walk to the McCallum park-n-ride allows for overnight parking.

Roomie is mature man who is clean, quiet and respectful of others’ privacy, property and space. He is finishing off a certificate at UFV, which will accentuate his BA (2009 SFU). He plays guitar in his room, and uses headphones into amp for quiet practice. He doesn’t smoke, vape, drugs of any kind and rarely drink. In addition, October of 2024, he had a vulnerable-sector check (Section 4) done by the RCMP for a position that had him interacting with vulnerable adults = all clear. No smokers, vaping is fine, light drinking. No parties.

Rent is on a month-to-month basis. Up to 1 year (possibly longer) We’d like someone committed to at least 3 months.
