I’m renting out a beautiful, bright room in a newer condo with huge west-facing, garage-door–style floor-to-ceiling windows that let in tons of natural light (and seriously gorgeous sunsets). The room has a double closet with lots of storage, and the unit includes in-suite laundry, so no hauling baskets around the building.

The building itself is super friendly with a great sense of community — the kind of place where people actually say hi in the elevator. You’ll also have access to a gym, plus some really fun amenity rooms for work, hobbies, or hanging out.

Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: right next to Stockyards Mall, a quick walk to the all-important Value Village (thrifters, unite), plus Romni Wools and Fabric Fabric if you’re into crafting or sewing. St. Clair’s “Nuevo Italia” strip is just down the street, and the Junction is only a 10-minute walk away.

If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable space in a warm, welcoming community (and an ultra-convenient neighbourhood), this is a perfect fit.

I own the condo and am the only other person here. I’m your potential future roommate. I work a regular 9–5, Monday to Friday, with a mix of office days and work-from-home days. When I’m not working, I’m crafting. Like… all the crafts. I live the crafts. I breathe the crafts. I even helped start a very successful craft club in the building that meets every Tuesday night and somehow grows every week. (If you like glue guns or yarn, you’ll fit right in. If not, you’ll at least get free homemade things.)

I’m 47, so I’m friendly, social when the vibe is right, and also deeply appreciative of my privacy and quiet time. I love tarot — for fun, for journaling prompts, for introspection, or just to see what kind of chaos the cards want to suggest for the day.

I’m hoping to rent to someone like-minded, ideally someone who thinks sleeping is cooler than partying, who loves cats but is somehow also allergic to them (solidarity), and whose bag of sh*ts to give is… similarly empty.
