We all wipe down the shower walls and floor after use, dry ourselves before stepping out, and do a quick mop if needed. It takes only a couple of minutes and keeps the bathroom clean, prevents soap scum and grime buildup, and makes the space pleasant for everyone.

🏠 Shared kitchen & living room: We clean as we go or immediately after use and are looking for a roommate who does the same. Keeping shared spaces tidy helps prevent fruit flies, cockroaches, and unwanted messes.

Aleks and I both work from home on the phone, in customer service roles, so a quiet home environment during the day is important to us. We are both over 40, stable and respectful, and we maintain a clean, calm living space. We’re looking for a responsible tenant who values open and clear communication, quiet, cleanliness, and respectful shared living. We are busy with our own lives, so it is not necessary to become friends with us, but if the timing is right and you like long walks in nature and beautiful views, we can go together. Even though there is an exercise room downstairs, we usually exercise in our rooms or living room. We each prepare our own food enough for 4 days, but I also eat out once or twice a week. We do not have overnight guests, except for friends and family, once every Blue Moon. Same applies for Lunch or for dinner guests. We are looking for someone who does the same
