About the room

Very quiet neighbourhood close to Medicine Hat College and the hospital. Located in South Ridge near the YMCA and shopping. Walking trail through the scenic green belt right out the back door. Available Jan 1 but possibly earlier if needed. I am just moving back into my home Dec 1- so I currently don’t have furnished pictures.

About the roomies

Single female owner of the property. I work Monday- Friday at the hospital. I am a very quiet non smoker and cleanliness is a must. Utilities and wifi are included. Furnished bedroom and large private bathroom to yourself. Shared laundry and kitchen. I have small dogs and a cat that are very well mannered so u must like pets.
