The place is spacious with lots of natural light Super close to TMU and not too far from Dundas station. Good streetcar accessibility and quite central. Close to plenty of grocery stores and several green spaces. Quite a large place, great for students or young professionals who’d like a little more space.

Looking for a roomate untill june/July next year (flexible on end date) im currently out of the country so you would have the place to yourself Dec-Jan. Im a working proffesional who works from home 2-5 days a week. Hopefully someone clean and communicative. If you work in the arts that’s a bonus.
