Ideal Tenant Profile

We are looking for clean, respectful, trustworthy, and responsible individuals who will contribute to a peaceful home environment.

· Substance-Free Home: Strictly non-smoking, non-vaping, non-drinking, and drug-free (on and around the property).

· Quiet & Respectful: No parties or excessive noise. Respect for housemates’ privacy, belongings, and schedules is essential.

· Tidy: Shared areas must be cleaned up immediately after use.

· Guests: Prior approval is required for overnight guests.

Lease Details

· Term: 6-month minimum fixed-term lease

· Rent: Due on the 1st of each month

· Deposit: Security deposit (50% of one month’s rent) required prior to move-in

Open to both male and female for the rooms in the basement.

· Basement Suite Flexibility: If you are applying for a basement room, you will be sharing the basement living area (kitchenette, bath, and lounge) with another roommate.
