House Rules: To maintain a comfortable and peaceful home for everyone: No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or recreational drug use on and around the property. No parties or excessive noise. Shared areas must be kept clean and tidy after use. Respect the privacy, belongings, and schedules of other residents. Overnight guests are subject to prior approval. Rent must be paid on time - on the first day of each month.

Lease Terms: Fixed-term tenancy of at least 6 months required. A damage deposit equal to 50% of one month’s rent is required before move-in.

The homeowner does not have a preference regarding the gender of tenants. If you are interested in one of the basement rooms, you are welcome to decide whether you would be comfortable sharing the basement living area with a male or female tenant.

I am the homeowner and live in the house with one male tenant. We are looking for clean, kind, respectful, trustworthy individuals who will contribute to a peaceful and comfortable living environment.
