There is a male tenant occupying one room in the basement. The home owner does not mind your gender (male or female). Feel free to decide if you are interested in sharing the basement with a male. I am the home owner and live in the main house with two male tenants. We are looking for a clean, kind, respectiful, trustworthy, non - smoking, non- drinking, non - drugs using tenant. Meeting you ,in person, is necessary before the moving in decision is made.
