Warning: under no circumstances move into this property, or the neighbouring property, 208 Langley Ave. The landlord has ‘partnered,’ so to speak with a toxic tenant who lives in the house. The tenant routinely snoops on computers, is suspected of installing a hidden camera, and is definitely mentally ill.

The problem tenant displaying odd behaviour such as writing ‘instructions’ on walls, mirrors, and the fridge is known to have put visine drops into unattended food, which causes gastric distress. He routinely interferes with laundry and engages in other petty behaviours. The other tenant is a foul smelling individual whose room exudes a gag-inducing odour even when the door is closed. The landlord, Bin Chen, lives next door. He clearly has cameras in the common areas, and likely in the private spaces as well. He gets hold of parcels and mail before the tenants, taking them into his house. I am only here until I find a new place and implore you, if you’re reading this to avoid this landlord and property at all costs.
