The landlord, Bin Chen, lives at 206 Langley Avenue. Toxic does not begin to describe the environment. From the petty-minded, creeping, fake-tan tenant with daddy issues to the landlord known to have spied on a female tenant while she showered, this property is a disaster for anyone seeking to continue to build their life. The landlord’s behviours, including endless ‘coincidental’ meetings in the neighbourhood, the grocery store, the hardware store, the sidewalk, laundry room, front stoop, and elsewhere demonstrate a sense of entitlement and privilege I cannot fully describe. The casual ‘mentions’ of the contents of private correspondence, the clear disregard of boundaries, and his weird collecting of children’s bicycles are a serious cause for concern.
