About the room

I’m looking for a roommate for a beautiful newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bath apartment in the Verve condos in Glenmore for December 1st. You would have a private room(pictured) and your own bathroom. The unit has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher/full kitchen. There is a community pool(usually opens May long), volleyball pit, and BBQ. It is right next to major bus routes, and there is plenty of street parking available. Only about 5 minutes from downtown. :) The room is unfurnished.

About the roomies

I am a quiet 36-year-old male professional. Ideally looking for someone for at least six months minimum. I like playing guitar, and watching hockey and football and I’m pretty chill.
