About the room

I’m looking for a roommate for a beautiful newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bath apartment in the Verve condos in Glenmore for November 1st. You would have a private room(pictured) and your own bathroom. The unit has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher/full kitchen. There is a community pool(usually opens May long), volleyball pit, and BBQ. It is right next to major bus routes, and there is plenty of street parking available. Only about 5 minutes from downtown. :) The room is furnished with a brand new double bed from the Brick, and the apartment is now furnished.

About the roomies

I am a quiet 36-year-old male professional. Ideally looking for someone for at least six months minimum. I like playing guitar, and watching hockey and football and I’m pretty chill. Hopefully you are the same. The rent is 1000 plus a share of the Telus Fibre Optic internet and utilities. Just looking for one tenant please. Feel free to send me a message if you’re interested in setting up a viewing :)

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
