One room in a beautiful cozy condo two blocks from Commercial. Washer dryer on site. The room is bright and faces the street. We have a big porch but alas, it is winter.

I am a private person looking to share my space with another private introvert who loves animals. Reduced rent for walking my dog once a day. This is a quiet adult building. I cannot have more pets. I am the condo owner. You must work outside the home or be a full time student and have proof of employment as well as references. Date for moving in is flexible. I’m looking for fit above all else. Stay is dependent on fit. I own a business close by.
