Furnished room available in our 3 bedroom/2 washroom laneway home. The room comes furnished with a single bed (including bedding), a desk with chair, end table, lamp, garbage can, laundry hamper. The room features a small private balcony. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to transit as well as walking distance to shopping and dining options.

My husband (retired garbage man) likes documentaries & fishing and I (work from home) enjoy good meals and napping plus our cats Charlie and Roxxy. The 3rd roommate works from home and in the office alternatively.
