The room comes furnished with a double bed (including bedding), a desk with chair, end table, lamp, garbage can. The room features a small private balcony as well. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to transit as well as walking distance to shopping and dining options.

My husband (retired garbage man) likes documentaries & fishing and I (work from home) enjoy good meals and napping plus our cats Charlie and Roxxy. The 3rd roommate is from Calgary and will be moving in in December.
