About the room

A very spacious room is available, complete with its own private closet. There is plenty of additional storage space if you’d like to bring your own furniture. Couples moving in are ok (but it will be +200/month).

The bus stop is just one block from the house, with direct transit routes to UBC, Langara College, and the SkyTrain. Buses to downtown Vancouver are about a 10-minute walk away.

The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and very safe at night.

About the roomies

We are a friendly group of Latin roommates in our 30s, all working and some preparing to start studying soon. The house is generally very calm and quiet, with the occasional birthday celebration.
