Hello! We’re looking for a SINGLE or COUPLE to join us in our fully furnished lakeside shared house. May 1st -with option for long-term rental (we have re-signed seasonally since last winter). Located in Nelson, 4 mile (10mins to downtown). $1000 inclusive for single $1300 inclusive for couple. The Space: Pros

2x lounge areas. Considerations:
Located in 4-mile which is a 10 min drive from town so having a car is advised - we are also happy to car pool as we head into town every day.
Only one bathroom but it’s worked for us to date!
No rubbish collection, so we take turns taking to the dump each week/fortnight.
