The view is unmatched, and you’ll have access to your own washroom for maximum privacy. The secondary bedroom boasts floor to ceiling windows, and has the best view of the marina and downtown.

Amenities such as a cooled gym, a jacuzzi, and a pool are all included. If you have a vehicle, there’s also a free parking spot!

Lastly, living room is partially furnished as my roommate is leaving. Apologies for the photo quality; they were provided by management!

I’m a UBC student, and I’ll be away for much of the day most frequently! I prefer someone who is a working professional, or a student as well; though it’s not a dealbreaker. I’m relatively laid back, and don’t mind people coming over at all (so long as you’re okay with my friends coming too)! Because I’m a student, my only ask is for excess noise to be toned down after 11.
