The apartment can be furnished if needed. There is a front balcony and a large backyard. You will also have access to an office in a separate room, ideal for teleworking or studying in a quiet space.

The apartment is quiet.

I work outside most of the week, so I’m not home often (2 or 3 evenings a week). I’m looking for a calm person who respects their environment.
