Kitchen has all the appliances (microwave, dishwasher, air fryer etc). Great area near Markham Stouffville hospital, transit, Markham main st, gyms/community centre and stores. Long or short term accepted.

Roommates are young professionals. Quiet and like to maintain a nice, clean and friendly environment. There is no smoking in the house. 2 kittens that are mostly in a room.
