Single furnished bedroom with private bath in a duplex in Cochrane, AB. To be shared with the property owner, a professional 40-something female and a large mixed breed dog. My dog is well behaved, housetrained and comes to work with me so isn’t left home alone for long periods of time. The room comes with a clean queen sized bed, dresser, closet, nightstand, lamp, and TV with Telus cable box with access to Prime & Netflix. You can keep the current furnishings or decorate to your tastes! Shared kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware and small appliances, shared office space for work or study, shared laundry, shared living room with dining nook, small deck with fenced yard, free street parking available, very safe & friendly neighborhood! 5 min walk to the Cochrane Trading Post, which has many amenities including a gas station, pub, dentist, doctor, pharmacy, vet and in my opinion the best shawarma shop in town! Please note Cochrane does not have a public transit link so if you are commuting you will require your own transportation. Power, water, high speed unlimited internet & Telus basic cable are all included in the rent. No smoking in the house, smoking outside is permitted. Room is available for possession as of December 1st, rental term will be month to month to start with the option to sign a longer contract provided we are both happy with our living arrangement. I am typically quite friendly and easy going and like to keep my nose out of other people’s business. I work Thursday-Monday so I’m looking for a reasonably quiet, mature, responsible roomie who can clean up after themselves and keep the drama to a minimum!
