1 bedroom in a family home. 9x11.5 with a view into the backyard garden. Everything else is shared, including the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. rent includes utilities and internet

Looking for a reasonably considerate person. No smoking, No vaping please. small pets ok.

Located close to bus stops so easy to get around if you don’t have a vehicle.

About the roomies

We are climbers, hikers, paddlers, board game enthusiasts. If you’re creative and outdoorsy you would fit well with us. All employed and working. Not a party house but admittedly we are also not the neatest group but work to respect common areas in the home. We believe in having a respectful social environment while also respecting each others need for quiet and privacy.

Happy to give references to past roomies if needed.
