1 bedroom in a family home. 9x11.5 with a view into the backyard garden. Everything else is shared, including the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms.

Looking for a reasonably quiet, considerate person. No smoking. No vaping.

Located close to bus stops so easy to get around if you don’t have a vehicle.

Family of 3 but we operate more as a group of friends. Dad and 2 adult children (1 female, 1 non-binary). We also currently have one other female roommate with us.

We are climbers, hikers, paddlers, board game enthusiasts. If you’re creative and outdoorsy you would fit well with us. All employed and working. Not a party house but admittedly we are also not the neatest group.

The youngest daughter is leaving for university for six months so the room will be available from January till end of June
