About the room
This room is ideal for a single working woman or a female student seeking a safe and comfortable home in downtown Toronto. Located in the clean, convenient, and modern neighborhood of Liberty Village, the condo is surrounded by cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, clinics, banks, streetcar stops, GO Train access, and bike rentals—all within a short walk, if not right in front of the building. You can check the exact location here. → RentNovus.com
Your room is fully furnished with a twin bed, a slim desk, a single sofa, mirrors, shelves, a full-size built-in closet, and extra under-bed storage. Fresh towels and linens are prepared for you, and a hair dryer and an iron are also available, so you can move in with just a suitcase.
The condo is a modern two-bed, two-bath unit on a high floor with a lovely view of Lake Ontario. I live in the master bedroom and rent out the second bedroom. You’re welcome to use the living room, kitchen (including cookware, dishware, and utensils), and the in-unit laundry. The hallway bathroom is primarily for your use, although I use it for bathing since my ensuite bathroom only has a shower.
The building is quite new (opened in 2020) and exceptionally clean. It also offers excellent amenities, including sky lounges, sky terrace with BBQ facilities, pool tables, theater rooms, study lounge, meeting room, gym, and indoor bike parking. Car parking and storage spaces are also available for an additional fee. PLEASE NOTE THAT SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
The room rent is non-negotiable and includes utilities (gas, electricity, and water), internet, and essential household supplies such as toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, plastic bags, filters, laundry detergent, dish soap, and cleaners.
About the roomies
It will be just you and me living here. I’m a single Japanese businesswoman from the millennial generation, and I genuinely enjoy welcoming someone into my home. When I was studying in the US, I had a wonderful experience living with an American host family, which left a lasting impression on me. I’d love to pass on some of that warmth to my tenant. Hope my place can serve as your home away from home. :)
