This room is ideal for a single working woman or female student looking for a safe and comfortable home in downtown Toronto. The condo is in clean, peaceful, and convenient neighborhood, with restaurants, supermarkets, clinics, banks, streetcars, train, and bike rentals all just steps away. Your room is fully furnished with a twin bed, a slim desk, a sofa chair, built-in closet, shelves, mirrors and under-bed storage. Fresh linens, towels, a hair dryer, and an iron are also available, so you can move in with just a suitcase.

The condo is a modern 2-bed, 2-bath unit on a high floor with a lovely view of Lake Ontario. I live in the master bedroom and enjoy hosting a roommate in the second bedroom. You’re welcome to use the living room, kitchen (including my cookware and dishware), and in-unit laundry. The hallway bathroom is shared with me, but it is available for your use most of the day. I only use it for baths, as the ensuite bathroom in my bedroom does not have a bathtub.

The building is quite new (opened in 2020), and professionally managed. Amenities include sky lounge, sky terrace, gym, study, co-working space, theater room, meeting room, and secure indoor bike parking. PLEASE NOTE THAT SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY INCLUDING BALCONIES.

The rent is all-inclusive—gas, electricity, water, internet, and essential supplies (toilet paper, tissues, paper towles, garbage bags, detergent, dish soap, and cleaning items) for everyday use. I included everything simply to avoid monthly calculations. To finalize the sublet, I kindly ask for the first and last month’s rent.

It will be just you and me living here. I’m a Japanese millennial working in corporate strategy at an IT company. I’m friendly and genuinely enjoy hosting. When I studied in the US, I lived with an American family, and that experience left a lasting impression on me.
