Ideal for a female student or a single working woman looking for a comfortable home in downtown Toronto. The condo is located in Liberty Village, a safe, clean, and convenient neighborhood, with supermarkets, clinics, banks, restaurants, streetcars, the GO train, and bike rentals all just steps away.

Your room is fully furnished with a twin bed, a slim desk, a sofa chair, a stool, shelves, three mirrors, a built-in closet, and under-bed storage. Fresh linens, towels, a hair dryer, hangers, and a laundry basket are also provided, so you can move in with just a suitcase.

The condo is a modern 2-bed, 2-bath unit on a high floor with a lovely view of Lake Ontario. I live in the master bedroom and rent out the second bedroom. You’re welcome to use the living room, kitchen (including cookware, dishware and utensils), in-unit laundry, as well as household items such as a vacuum cleaner, iron, and clothes steamer.

Your room comes with a shared hallway bathroom, which is almost yours — I use it only for daily bathing, as I have my own en-suite bathroom, though without a bathtub.

Rent includes all utilities and household essentials — gas, electricity, water, internet, and shared consumables such as toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, garbage bags, lundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, salt, papper, oil, tea, and coffee.

The building is quite new, opened in 2020, and luxurious. Amenities include a gym, four sky lounges, two sky terraces, two theater rooms, a co-working space with an espresso machine, a meeting room, lockers, and secure indoor bike parking. Please note that the building prohibits smoking anywhere on the property, including balconies.

It will be just you and me living here. I’m a Japanese millennial woman working at an IT company. I’m a pleasant person to live with — clean, cheerful, and genuinely friendly.

My current subtenant is a Canadian university student who is in Toronto for an eight-month internship. She is having a good time here and will be returning to her university. I’m looking for a new roommate starting from November 1st.

When I was a young international student in the US, I lived with a local American family, and I’ve cherished that experience ever since. I hope to carry a bit of that warmth forward, and that this place can feel like your home away from home.
