Independent busy people who are out of the home most of the time and often eat out. They come home mainly to recharge. This is not a party home or one that welcomes visitors except maybe in the summer outside at the pool. This is a quiet home for people preoccupied with bettering themselves and living peacefully and independently with others in a nice shared clean space. People who like it orderly and clean. Professional cleaners help with the deep clean but people who clean up after themselves immediately and respect that they live with others so we can keep the space nice. The ideal roommate also does not own a lot of belongings only what can comfortably fit in a 10x10 room. There is storage for food and basic storage but any significant amount of stuff would need to be stored offsite. Bed dresser and desk will be provided. Thank you 😊
