The unit was fully renovated two weeks ago, with brand-new appliances (fridge and stove). The apartment is fully furnished.
The location is excellent — right on Yonge Street, with very easy access to everything: • 1-minute walk to the bus stop • 10-minute walk to Finch Subway Station • 10-minute walk to Centerpoint Mall & No Frills • Located across from the Iranian plaza (restaurants, supermarkets, Starbucks, etc.)
Utilities (water, electricity, gas) are included. High-speed internet is also included.

Im a teacher at daycare. Im working and studying at the same time. Quiet and clean person. Very friendly and easy going person.
