YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME: Located in quiet area of Glen Cairn in Kanata. Property backs on to Rickey Place Park so great for walking, cycling, etc. Very large back garden with big deck to relax on in the summer complete with a gas BBQ. If you enjoy gardening you can have your own plot to grow vegetable, flowers, etc. Short walk to several bus stops if you don’t have a car. Excellent mature friendly neighbours.

Preferably looking for a FEMALE working profession who is clean, quiet, respectful and responsible. Non smoker and not into drugs. You MUST like my older black lab dog and my small puppy. No overnight guests and other guests by prior arrangement only.

All inclusive utilities, TV, wifi, air conditioning, gas heating and parking on a large driveway (plowed in winter). Home will be shared by me and my dogs, and we will share the 1.5 baths, kitchen fully equipped with dishes, pots pans etc. so no need to bring your own. Laundry room and craft table which are in basement are shared.

For you: What was the master bedroom on the 2nd floor is fully furnished with double bed/new bedding, dressers, desk and large closet. You will also have your own chair, sofa & TV in basement to relax in with an electric fireplace. Craft table and laundry in basement are shared. Also in the basement you will have your own Fridge and cabinet to store your groceries etc. Small often used items like milk etc can be stored in the kitchen fridge
