Must like or be ok with cats as I have one. I don’t have a lot of traffic in an out but every once in a while have some friends over. I am ok with a roommate who wants to have company. I do work from home 3 days a week. Video games, anime, sushi and jamming with my band are my pastimes. If you watch horror movies we will get along.
