Hey everyone! I’m looking for a subletter for my room in a renovated student house less than ONE MINUTE WALK from Queen’s University campus in Kingston, Ontario. The house is located at Earl St & Frontenac St, super close to everything — seconds from a grocery store and steps from class!
About the House: Renovated 2–3 years ago — everything feels modern and fresh. Fully furnished (both common areas and bedrooms). Laundry on-site. Clean, cozy, and super well-maintained.
Bonus: One of my roommates might also be going on exchange, so there’s a chance a second room will be available — perfect if you and a friend want to sublet together!
