Your own separate building in aloft above two car garage. Studio is completely separate from the main house. The space is normally an Airbnb but I’d like to rent it to a single professional for the winter . There is no kitchen, but has a microwave, mini fridge, water cooler, coffee pot. Hot plate.

Perfect for out of towners working at the new battery plant being built.
