About the room
Shared bathroom but we have another bathroom on main level but it’s a half bathroom. Basement is currently unfinished but I’ll be renovating it and adding another bathroom eventually. So currently 1.5 bathrooms eventually will be 2.5. I have a garage as well that could be used for parking at an extra cost. I have 2 rooms for rent.
