Shared bathroom but I have another bathroom on main level but it’s a half bathroom. Basement is currently unfinished but I’ll be renovating it and adding another bathroom eventually. So currently 1.5 bathrooms eventually will be 2.5. I have a garage as well that could be used for parking at an extra cost. I have 2 rooms for rent.

My name is Jacob I’m 25 and I’m a Christian. I like to spend my time going for runs, reading, playing tennis, etc. I don’t smoke but if that’s your thing you are allowed to smoke in the garage just not in the house. I also don’t drink but don’t have any issues if you do as long as you’re not throwing parties.
