Looking for a clean, responsible roommate to join our quiet, friendly home. Prime spot steps away from uOttawa campus (5 minute walk) in Sandy Hill. Close to grocery stores, transit, Rideau Centre, cafes, and more. Perfect for students!

The room available is located on the upper level. Kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms are shared. Room is furnished with a double bed, desk, dresser, bookshelf and personal fridge. The room is bright, comfortable and move-in ready.

Included in Rent: All utilities (heat, hydro, water), high-speed internet, bi-weekly professional housekeeping of all common areas and snow clearing. If you’re interested or would like to schedule a viewing, feel free to reach out!
