Male roommate or student, St Catharine’s, 30 Bradmon Drive, Apartment F1. Live in comfort and style in a furnished bedroom located in North, St Catharine’s, ON—just 30 minutes from Niagara College Campus! A room with an L desk and a chair. A Single Bed will be added if required at my cost. This is an extra occupant  ( meaning I will be here in the apartment, and you will just be renting the room). You MUST be able to pay your rent to me, NOT the landlord.

This spacious room includes access to a shared washroom and a fully equipped kitchen, with all utilities included: ✔️ High-speed internet Wi-Fi. ✔️ Netflix, Prime Video TV. ✔️ Laundry facilities, Electrical, Heat or Gas, Water, Dishwasher. ✔️ Modern furniture, Pool. The pets are allowed under the current conditions at 30 Bradmon Drive.

You are responsible for maintaining a sufficient supply of food, toiletries, and other essential items.    No Smoking inside apartments.  Parking-Available #In the lot  $35.00

Employee (Students, get your parent to fill out)  If you are an employee, please give me the pay stub. You can edit out all the numbers. I just want to see the Company and your name as an employee and take a picture. Should have 3 months of pay stubs, First and Last for pay stubs.

CCP, OAS, GIS (Government of Canada), etc… If you are retired, etc., take a look at your bank’s website or focus on your statement. Email me the information from the Government of Canada; I don’t need to see any numbers, just that it’s provided every month.

If you don’t work and have OW, etc., paying your way, you will need to:

1. Bank statement for the two months’ rent (1500.00). (First and last)
