Peyton's room

The property is right by downtown Galt, transit stations, trails and grocery stores, so it’s super easy to get to everything!

Our apartment is a 3 bed 1 bath with in unit laundry, a separate kitchen AND dining room, living room, and a HUGE jetted bathtub. Seriously huge. There is a small backyard with a garden plot, but it doesn’t get a ton of sun in the summer. The front yard has 2 more garden plots that get more sun and are fairly good for growing. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, and we control the house heating in the winter. I also have a small (old) electronic keyboard in the common area that anyone is welcome to use.

The room is currently fully unfurnished (the picture was taken when I used it as a guest bedroom), so you will have to bring your own furniture.

You’d be living with 2 roomies, myself and my friend Zach. We’re both afternoon/night people, so we tend to be active most when it’s dark out.

I’m huge on baking and cooking. I have the kitchen stocked to be able to make almost anything your heart desires (except for madelines). I also love to play games, go for walks and hikes, or really do anything outdoorsy and active. I often sit in the common spaces and chill, watching TV, doing stuff on my phone or laptop, or generally hanging out. My biggest flaw is that I hog the bathroom before and after my workday (but I’ll vacate if you knock).

Zach’s a pretty shy guy. He likes to stay in his room a lot, so sometimes you might even forget he’s in the apartment. He’s huge on movies and media and won’t shut up if you get him started though. He loves to play video games and watch TV.
