Rental Terms

Lease takeover/assignment from current tenant with landlord approval.

David has lived here for 2 years, and I have lived here for over 1.5 years. We became friends after moving in and have a great dynamic. We communicate openly about anything related to the house and keep things respectful and easygoing.

We’re tidy, responsible, and early risers who value a calm, clean home.

We both work long hours and often need to study or continue work at home in the evenings, so a quiet environment is important.

We are social — we go to concerts, enjoy music (Thin Lizzy, Pink Floyd, Dendemann, Crosby Stills & Nash, Loyle Carner, Sade, and more), have good conversations, watch movies, and hang out — but we also respect each other’s routines and personal space. This balance matters to us.

This is a chill home, not a party house.

The house naturally winds down around 9 PM, and we keep the noise low.

We do work in the living room occasionally, but we keep it meeting-free so it remains accessible for all roommates.
