About the room
Hey! I live in a bright, three-level loft in Gastown and I’m looking for a friendly roommate. The master room is spacious with a huge closet (almost like a den), private bathroom. There’s also an office/den area outside the room that can be used for working, relaxing, or extra sleeping space. We’ll share the living room, kitchen, and in-unit laundry. The building has bike storage and a rooftop terrace with amazing city views, and it’s a 10-minute walk to Waterfront Station/Chinatown, tons of cafes, restaurants, and buses nearby!
*the loft it’s near Main & Cordova St, so if you’re not comfortable with the neighborhood, it might not be the right fit.
About the roomies
You’d be living with me! I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful. I work full-time and like to keep the loft calm and cozy. I’m 420-friendly 🌿, and enjoy a chill, friendly vibe. Looking for a clean, responsible single person (or couple) who likes having their own space but is up for a friendly chat sometimes. No parties.
