I have a primary bedroom in this new build available beginning Dec 15 — part of a 1,000 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with a large 200 sq. ft. balcony, and plenty of privacy.

Available: primary room @ $1800/month Rent is inclusive of all utilities and Internet (Bell fibre 150).

The primary room is furnished and has a queen size bed with a new Douglas mattress. This large room has a walkthrough closet leading to an ensuite bathroom. I have new bed linens, blankets, towels and pillows, the room is move-in ready.

The building offers 24 hour concierge and security, in-suite laundry and appliances, and great amenities including gym, lounge, work space and games/party rooms and roof top terrace. The vibe is clean, chill, and cozy — perfect for someone who appreciates a tidy, welcoming space in one of the city’s best locations.

The neighbourhood is vibrant, but the location of the unit in the building shields it from much of the street noise. It’s actually very quiet considering the central location.

I prefer short to medium term rental agreements to begin with, but open to extending if its a really great roommate fit.

This is a very spacious unit, compared to many average Toronto condos. It’s on the third story, has a huge balcony, and I plan to continue to furnish it and improve it over the next few months. My design taste is modern minimalist but comfortable; earthy tones and soft warm lighting. Some of the furniture pictured is temporary as I transition. I am very interested in design and really enjoy making a space feel like a lovely inviting home. I used to be an airBnB host and am accustomed to keeping a home in a tidy and welcoming condition.

I 42m, am an academic professional, and will be occupying the other bedroom. I am often away, especially during the winter. I am respectful and somewhat obsessively tidy.
