Our place is located around the intersection of Dundas St and Erindale Station Rd.

It is super near UTM ( one direct bus 06 minutes). Just 3 minutes walk to: Bus 1/101 ( go to UTM, Kipling-Subway Station connect to Toronto downtown ), Bus 6 to Erindale Go, Square One. 10 minutes drive to Mississauga City Center ( Square 1 ).

The room is fully furnished. Just bring your suitcases and enjoy your stay in the clean, well-orgarnized, safe, quiet and polite environment.

Description: 1 ) This is a private bedroom for single occupancy in a 3-bedroom unit on the ground floor.

2. The Westdale Mall is just a few steps nearby with Fresh Co supermarket, Stores, restaurants, cafes, Service Ontario, GYM, bank. Very convenient for people who does not have a car.

3. BEDROOM is furnished with: queen-size bed, high-speed WIFI internet, closet with one laundry bag, working desk and chair, garbage bin. Beddings including blanket, blanket’s cover, pillows, draft are provided.

4. Shared large BATHROOM (with 01 tenant from another room) is provided with supplies: hand soap, toilet papers, bath mat, hair dryer and with cleaning supplies: bathroom & toilet cleaners, toilet bin. ( Landlord takes care of cleaning regularly )

5. Shared fully equipped kitchen. ( Landlord takes care of cleaning, trash out everyday )

6. Shared laundry is inside the unit.

7. Security cameras are installed at the entrance and in common shared areas to ensure safety and security for all.

8. Parking needs to be negotiated if available.

House rules: No smoking. No Pets. No party or event. Unregistered visitors without prior approval of the landlords are not allowed. No loud noise at any time. Quiet time from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM.
