Roommate wanted for shared 2-storey condo with open air terrace. Near shopping malls and groceries; and 8 minutes from Oakville GO. All amenities minutes away.

Room is immaculate - 8’ 9“ x 13’ 8“ with walk in closet - clean wall to wall carpeting, clean blinds and it is expected to remain that way - a “respect for your home” ideology. Laundry is located on same floor. No parking is available for this room rental. I SWEAR THE COLOUR OF THE ROOM IS A VERY LIGHT SKY BLUE NOT THE COLOUR IN THE PIC.

No pets, no smoking in-house, no alcoholics, no massive partiers. No large crowds hanging around day after day in the unit. We respect hydro costs and home maintenance here. Security deposit required in lieu of potential room damages. Ive had some strange roommate situations over the years, and am trying to avoid that this time around, cheers.

As for the cannabis friendly, outside on the terrace, is the place, thanks.
