Room is immaculate - 8’ 9“ x 13’ 8“ with walk in closet - clean wall to wall carpeting, clean blinds and it is expected to remain that way - a “respect for your home” ideology. bed frame and mattress are available, if needed. Laundry is located on same floor. No parking is available for this room rental.

No pets, no smoking in rooms, no alcoholics, no massive partiers. No large crowds hanging around day after day in the unit. We respect hydro costs and home maintenance here. Security deposit required in lieu of potential room damages. Ive had some strange roommate situations over the years, and am trying to avoid that this time around, cheers. All chill is the word.

I have an 80 year old renter as well - he keeps to himself in his room. I knew his younger brother. Hes good.
