This is an affordable area of town, very close to bus stops, the movie theater and Intercity Mall..

The house is a 3 + 1 bedroom. There is a workout space downstairs, as well as a washer and a dryer.

This room is for short term accommodation only, May 1st to October 1st.

The house itself features a large kitchen, reasonably sized living room, as well as a back yard with barbeque, which can be shared if willing to share the cost of propane.

Myself and my two sons live here. They are 11 and 16.They are here half of the month, the other half it is just me.

I work remotely, so I am home most of the time.

All of us have quiet, calm hobbies, including working out, yoga, games, reading and art.

We have pets. Many pets. Cats, dogs and one snake. People who do not enjoy animals would not be comfortable here.

There is gym equipment on site and access to a barbecue and a fenced back yard.
