Large front and back yard with fire pit and garden. Shared with all tenants. A small section of garden could be made available in the summer. Quiet neighbors and lots of birds and squirrels to watch running around. 15 minute walk to the University of Calgary. 5 min walk from the C-train.

I’m a 45 year old single professional woman that works from home 50% of the weekdays. I am a hiker, explorer, kayaker, gardener, camper, and outdoor enthusiast. In the winter I do crafts and watch movies. I still hike all winter, as long as it’s warm enough. I love to have my adult children over for brunch or dinner when I can. I have two cats and they are both shedders. They are pretty sure they own the house. They are sweet and cuddly and very entertaining. The young one steals food if you leave it out, he’s very bad. Our basement neighbor is a very quiet UofC student that is busy working. We have a great relationship. The room will be available in mid-January.
