Master bedroom plus full, private bath. 1 parking slot underground and small gym on premises. Close to all amenities by car, not 100% ideal for non-drivers. 1 hour from downtown, easy access to Langley, Mission and Abbotsford. Walking distance to West Coast Express for commuters. Great for privacy, full access to the kitchen but no communal space is kept, like a sofa and TV space.
About the roomies
50ish single male, WFH, nerdy and crafty. Friendly, chatty when appropriate but NOT looking for a best friend or companion. If we click, great, but happy tolerance of each other is nice too :) Just a nice, no drama looking to cut his expenses with room to share.
