You’ll be sharing the apartment with a 50‑something queer man. Privacy and quiet are top priorities. This is a calm home — no parties, and visitors kept minimal.

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and basic appliances. Cannabis friendly, but no smoking on the balcony (strata rules). The building has a small gym and is walking distance to the West Coast Express commuter station.

Important: This area is not very walker‑friendly. Please have your own vehicle. Important: There is no shared living room — the front room is used for my hobbies and side projects.
