I’m looking for a female roommate to rent a private bedroom in my beautiful waterfront apartment on the 5th floor, available for $1,250/month.

The apartment overlooks the water and marina — you can watch sailboats drift by during the week and powerboats on the weekends. It honestly feels like living at a resort in the summer! The balcony has stunning lake views, and there’s even a private backyard area for residents only.

This isn’t a condo, so the living room and bedrooms are very spacious — much larger than typical downtown units. The apartment also offers an amazing Toronto skyline view, especially at night.
