Brand new and clean bathroom. It’s turnkey living for students or working professionals; come with some clothes and your computer, and you’re moved in. Check the distance from Daleside Place in Waterloo to where you need to go. It’s a nice walk to UW, and an easy bike ride to either campus. The Highpoint / Dogwood stop on #9 is a stone’s throw away. This really is a small apartment. A couple could live in it, if they are cozy. Due to the many inclusions, the couples rate would be $2250 per month. The cat is our mascot, it needn’t have free run of your space. The home is fully and newly renovated top to bottom. The 12th month is free on a full 12 month contract. My renters are boarders, not tenants. Boarders share common areas with the homeowners. The kitchenette is without a stove, but it has a new convection microwave, and when I get an air fryer etc. you can cook whatever you wish. The stove on the main floor is available to all if you want to cook a big turkey or something like that.
I’m a local professional who works from home. Boarders upstairs are young professionals and grad students. This is a quiet place to live and work, on a quiet street. This isn’t a party house. Undergrad students will be considered but grad students are preferred, or working professionals.
