The house is in a quiet professional neighborhood close to the lake, shopping and downtown. inclusive of all bills including wifi and air conditioning. Larger room not available. Fully furnished and a very clean chill atmosphere. I do have a dog and a cat so you must like animals. Looking for a respectful roommate that cleans up after themselves and has a positive outlook in life. One Room available 900 inclusive. Rooms are in a separate hallway from the rest of the house for personal privacy and quietness. Prefer long term professional working people although short term stays for commuters and contracts are welcome. Meals including lunches and or dinners prepared for Factory workers or people that do not prefer to cook at a fair extra cost upon request. No Couples, single occupancy to each room only. Must be respectful, clean and organized. No drugs No drama No drunks…..The home is a very chill comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Single middle aged lady that works from home as well as travels for work and pleasure. I enjoy a cozy clean home so messy roommates will not be a fit lol laundry and meal prep can be included for an extra cost if you are a factory worker or don’t like to cook.
