This room has a double bed, private bathroom, walk out to a large balcony with beautiful city and lake views. Shared open concept kitchen and living room with 65 inch TV + Nintendo Switch + Netflix + Nespresso + in-suite laundry.

Building includes an indoor and outdoor pool, full top-floor gym, hot tub, steam room, billiards, ping pong table, theatre, golf pad, squash court, BBQ, numerous lounges including on rooftop.

To downtown, the condo is a 10 minute drive/Uber, 30 minutes using public transit and a 20 minute beautiful bike around the waterfront. Also only 5 minutes away from High Park, Humber Park and Sunnyside Beach.

This room is great for a student. Must be a cat lover. We’re looking for a short-term rental, up to a year months, but we are willing to extend it longer.

Price of $1,300 per month includes internet, utilities and Netflix. Available January 1.

You’d be sharing the condo with myself, my girlfriend and my weird cats! We’re both young professionals, who like to explore the city and be active in sports. On her days off, my gf loves to cook and often shares dinner with roommates.
