About the roomies
Looking for a person to join our shared queer house rental. Located in North Glenmore area. Lots of parking, yard space and privacy.
We rent the whole house, an old house, which has its flaws but is totally worth it for people who make use of the privacy and the room for music, activities, projects and gardening, whatever. Expect occasional music noise and you are invited to make some yourself! There is a small dog in the house, open to other pets.
The house fits 4 people which at $2800 splits into $700 each monthly. There are three people living in the house. We have a bedroom available for rent, pictured below. Rent plus utilities which vary but average around 100 monthly for gas, electricity and wifi.
