Looking for a nearly perfect roommate for my nearly perfect apartment. Jan 15 or Feb 1.

Fully furnished, high quality bedding & towels included, with a stylish and comfy bed, a desk and a vintage chaise. I’m an artist and designer (and waiter), I made it look fancy but once you spend time in the room, it has a very cool, comfortable, relaxing & sleepy vibe.

The apartment also has a nice shared kitchen, living room with a TV and a modern, tidy bathroom, all with cool styling, updated appliances and fixtures.

The neighborhood couldn’t be better. Roncesvalles is a very chic and clean and safe area, full of families and shopping.

The transit network from here is amazing!; not only is it on the Subway line, but Dundas has the most streetcars in the city, and College, Dundas and Bloor all converge here, so you can get on the streetcar for each right outside the door.

The apartment has good heating in the winter and Air Conditioning in the summer!, as well as a nice backyard patio. The apartment has 1 available parking space . Feel free to message or text with any questions.

The ideal roommate would be for 8 - 18 months-ish , someone who is responsible and respectful and knows how to live with people. I live half of the time in Vacouver, so you will mostly live with 1 other roommate Joshua, who is a fabulous roommate!

The space works very well to feel separate and private for each roommate, and each room is designed with style and consideration, rather than just a simple bed and basic desk, so everyone can feel proud to show guests their rooms and to feel at home.
