When im in Vancouver and can’t be there, I coordinate viewings through the other current roommate, or friends who live nearby.
The Location:
The Roncesvalles neighborhood is super cool, trendy and safe. It’s both established and up-and-coming. You can’t beat the transportation convenience of being near the Bloor subway, the Garner Express, The UP Line , the Dundas, College and King streetcar routes are right outside the door.
You’ll be living with one long‑term roommate, and myself, but myself only part-time. I split my time between Vancouver : Toronto, 6 : 6 months. When I’m in Vancouver, the 3rd room- mine, usually stays unoccupied while I’m gone.
